The calculator runs on your device. Your spending amounts are not submitted to us, added to a URL, or sent to an AI provider.
What happens to your numbers?
Inputs live in the current page’s memory. We do not save them in cookies, local storage, or a user account. Reloading the page returns to the example profile. Your browser may independently preserve form state when navigating, restoring a tab, or using browser features.
No advertising trackers
This version has no analytics scripts, advertising pixels, session recording, affiliate tracking, or third-party fonts and image requests. The site serves its own assets. We do not sell spending profiles or use them for ad targeting.
Ordinary website connections
Visiting any website requires connection information such as an IP address and browser headers to reach its hosting provider. Public hosting for this project uses AWS S3 and CloudFront. CloudFront standard access logs record the IP address, timestamp, requested path and query string, response status, referring page, and browser user-agent string. Request bodies are not logged, calculator inputs are never sent to the server, and cookie logging is disabled. We use these logs for aggregate traffic measurement, troubleshooting, and abuse detection. They are encrypted in a private S3 bucket and automatically deleted after 90 days. AWS may also process operational and security metadata under its own policies. “Your numbers stay in your browser” refers to calculator inputs, not a promise of anonymous network access.
When you leave the site
Issuer links open third-party websites governed by those organizations’ terms and privacy policies. We do not append your spending amounts or affiliate identifiers, and our pages request that browsers omit referrer information. An issuer may use cookies or collect information on its own site.
If you email us
Email is optional and separate from the calculator. Your address and message are processed by the email providers and retained in the correspondence needed to respond. Please send only a description of the issue and public links, not account details or financial documents.
